Six weeks is just enough time to start building good habits and get into a routine you can stick with; It's also enough time for you to get to know your body, get rid of some anxiety, and get to know me as your trainer. Not to mention you'll also get some pretty solid progress towards your goal! Your Entire Program will include: (3) Days Of Personal Training Per Week (6) Weeks of a Structured Gym Program (1) Coaching Calls Per Week Plan Your Meals Program Accountability
