This program is for those, both beginning and advanced, looking to take their fitness to a new level. This program is not your typical gym workout. You'll be sore from top to toe; however, the distribution of training volume will allow the most recovery and the best results for those looking to combine functional fitness, traditional weightlifting, and boot camp elements. Most workouts included in the program are 45-60min long and are intended for a decent-sized gym.
